Important Safety Rules
Help us make this a safe event for everyone by
observing
- Entry is on foot via Burford School gates only – there is
strictly no entry from the playing fields (as this is the launch
site)
- For yours and others safety, there are to be no fireworks,
sparklers or alcohol is to be brought into the venue.
Alternatives to sparklers will be on sale in the form of light
sticks.
- All bags and larger coats will be checked on entry. To save
time and possible embarrassment we suggest you do not
bring bags with you. Just carry your money and tickets
in a pocket!
- There are plenty of refreshments available at the event, for
adults and children. Please help us to keep the place tidy and
dispose of your litter sensibly.
- Your children are strictly your responsibility
and you must ensure that you know where they are at all times.
Should a child get lost, then please inform a marshal quickly.
- Please do not bring any dogs
Any instructions given by the marshals must be followed for your
safety
There is strictly no parking on/near the school grounds or
in Burford Close which will be closed to general traffic
As Burford School is located in a residential area please park
with care and consideration for others in the community.

don't have to use envelopes or process cheques.
