what's the difference between the smaller amounts and WHOLESALE on your menus ?

The items not labelled with WHOLESALE are intended for use on fireworks night. The idea is you pre-order whilst buying tickets and then conveniently pick them up on the night.

The last item on the menu is labelled as WHOLESALE for ease of spotting it - and really just means a larger order. These are not really large enough to be real WHOLESALE amounts. However this helps distinguish them from items for use on the night. The WHOLESALE amounts are packed all in a tube or tray for easy storage. Because they are not expected to be for use on the night - we will deliver them TO YOUR DOOR.

The item prices are much lower when ordering a number of items and they have many uses throughout the year. The tubes have 50 or 100 units in them, whilst the rings are 24 to a tray. The Night Owls come individually packaged anyway.

Why would I want Glow Items ? How long do they last ?

Glow items have many uses, from gifts in party bags, fun at evening events such as sleepovers, BBQ's, Christmas, Halloween or when camping (or "glamping"). The lovely Night Owl lights are also very decorative and a good present idea.

They all have a long shelf life and can be stored for use when required. Just get them out when you need some for an event. Here is our PTA members thoughts on the tube he bought and how he used them;

our member says; "I bought a tube of 50 multi coloured wands/necklaces over two years ago now. I kept them in a cupboard and every time we had a party or friends over we handed some out to the kids - who love them. I can see them now at my summer BBQ - running around the garden playing "glow" tag. Or we used them to help us find the tent when camping down in the new forest, or playing "glow Frisbee" with them ! In fact - I just used the last one a week ago to help mark our tent out in the dark. It glowed all night as brightly as ever - they are really useful and fun things to have to hand ...

Shelf life is between 12 months and 24 months on the various items - so they will keep until you need them. We are sure you can find a good use for these - its just £20 for a large tube with 100 coloured glow bracelets - how about sleep overs, prizes and party bags ?

Or you could use a "tray" of 24 Flashing Jelly Rings for that end of term event at the tennis, football or pony club ? Then for children and adults there are Hen nights, Birthdays, Club outings, Sports and coach trips. Plus the Scouts, Guides, work social, Halloween, Christmas or evening parties. There are just so many uses you can put them to through the year !

Who is your supplier - are they reliable ?

Our supplier is the leading UK "Glow" supplier, their prices are competitive rather than the very lowest. However we have a good relationship with this supplier, they are safe and reliable and we have used their products for 3 years without mishap.

We know these items are well made, reliable, safe and certified - both CE and RoHs. The quality of sticks seems to vary a lot - our sticks have good strong colours, glow vividly and last for up to 8 hours. They have aspecial PTA deal with us - which helps raise funds and we have been using their products for several years.

When this collected order arrives at FOB HQ - our "glowman" will then deliver to people personally their WHOLESALE orders. Whoooo… Finally, string lights with a friendly owl to hoot !

These Night Owl String Lights have been really popular and we can see why. With the advent of "glamping" and all kids items seeming to be retro in look - these are a lovely addition to any room. Whimsy is back in - with a hoot not a whimper !

This is a long loop of 10 night owl "fairy lights" which adds some soft and gentle lighting to playrooms, nursery, lounge or bedrooms. Each friendly "wise owl" character is actually a shade and conceals a safe and super efficient LED.

Flashing Jelly Rings

These are exciting and squishy ! The jelly like material allows you to squeeze them to turn the flashing rings on and off. They use a small battery and flash different colours - very pretty. Most children treasure theirs well after fireworks night.

The flashes and the rings come in a a variety of colours. Tiny LED's inside make the flashes and as they use very little power the rings will work well after the event. Facets on each face enhances the effect - making them appear like a coloured prism (blue shown in picture)

Glow Necklaces/Wands

These are always very popular with both girls and boys. You will have seen these before - long sticks about half a metre long and 6mm wide.

You twist them to "crack" the chemicals and they then glow for about 8 hours with three different colours along the length.

The clip provided allows them to become a necklace or even improvised frisbee !

You can order from one to dozens from us to pick up on the night. We also provide a WHOLESALE deal - these arrive in a long "tube" allowing you to safely store them "inactive" until required. Also included are 50 necklace clips. The suggested "use before" date is 24 mnths.

Glow Bracelets

Glow Bracelets are 20cm coloured "glowsticks" which are made to have the ends joined to form a bracelet (using clips provdied).

These come in mixed colours and are very popular - children usually wearing several together on an arm (see picture).

We do a WHOLESALE deal as well - because these are popular as party bag presents and at disco's. You can buy a tube of them, with clips and they can be stored until required (24 months). The picture below shows the tube of 100 bracelets.

All our items are CE and RoHS certified and safe. These won't leak and the light lasts for about 8 hours.

Flashing Glowing Jelly Stars

These flashing necklaces are very popular and have that 'wow' factor! They look spikey but are in fact "squishy" and you squeeze them to turn the flashing on and off.

They use a small battery to flash LED's brightly in vivid colours. Most children treasure theirs well after fireworks night. You will see inside Red, Yellow and Blue flashes. Every star also comes with a lanyard/necklace (has safety release catch).

Unlike the chemical Glow items - these run on batteries and can be turned on and off - so children can keep them.

Also very popular as a bulk buy - for give aways at parties or in party bags. Any child is happy to get one of these !
